Rather than integrating the seatbelt cutter into the handle, we decided to incoporate it into the blade.  The round tip provides more security when it's needed most.  The serrated 440C stainless steel blade cuts through rope effortlessly and has superior edge retention.  Red fiber reinforced ABS handle for maximum visibility.  Blade length: 4".  Closed length: 5 1/4".
